2025 Train Bell Resort Rates

The summer season is June 21 through August 15. There is a 3 day minimum stay.

The off-season is August 16 through June 20. There is a 2 day minimum stay.

Reservations must start or end on a Saturday.

Visitors are required to stop in at the store to register. There is a $10 per visitor fee.

No pets allowed with visitors and no overnight stays.

Extra guests staying overnight will be charged $25 per day.

All units are equipped with a complete kitchen including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker and coffee packs, toaster, pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, dish soap, and kitchen towels. All units also include a charcoal grill, picnic table, soft water, cable television, Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath mats, hand soap, vacuum cleaner, fans and a fire pit with wood furniture for your families enjoyment.
Campfire wood, fishing boats, electric scooters, pontoon, boat lifts and jet ski rentals are available.
Bikes are available to use on the Paul Bunyan Trail. Free for our guests
The Villas are air conditioned and have gas fireplaces. One Villa is handicapped accessible with the kitchen and bathroom designed to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs.
The Condo complex has central air conditioning and fireplaces.
The Grand Lodge has central air conditioning and a large area of space to accommodate your needs. We have a large deck to host any large family’s barbecue .
All cabins have air conditioning.
