Reservation & Resort Policies

  • Minnesota State Law requires all occupants be registered upon check-in including infants.

  • Insurance Company requires all occupants sign a Release of Liability upon registration.

  • All units are locked and keys will be given out at time of check-in.

  • Guests are responsible for the entire length of their confirmed reservation.

  • A $500.00 deposit is required on all rentals.  Your deposit will be subtracted from your final bill at the end of your stay.

  • The balance of the reservation is due prior to the check-out day.

  • Pets are not allowed in the units nor on the resort grounds.

  • Most units have one or two parking spots, additional cars must be parked in the overflow area.

  • Boat trailers must be parked in our trailer storage area.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • A 4% Resort fee will be added to each invoice (credit %4 fee if paid by cash).


All reservations require a non–refundable deposit with the balance due day prior to leaving. No refund or partial refund will be given for early departure. Reservations will be held for 7 days without a deposit and then will be taken off the books.


Cancellation Policy – A deposit is non-refundable.
We strongly encourage you to consider all the ramifications of a possible cancellation before you commit to booking a unit and paying a deposit.

 

Sorry, pets are not allowed in and around units anytime.

 

Check In: After 4:00pm – Check Out: Prior to 9:00am
Earlier check-in times available for shorter stays. Please inquire with us.
